I have nothing wrong with new people, it's the team I have a problem with, if I'm in a team with people who have to do atheon over 25 times because they can't handle the relic, or stand in the middle collumn without putting the relic shield up. Then I have a problem, or if they ignore the oracles, or blandly let a bunch of hobgoblins walk right up and sacrifice, then I don't want to be with that team, I've been in teams and the raid took less than an hour, then I go to help a friend with a raid, and I've already completed the normal, so I sit for 3-4+ hours with some idiots who can't do anything right, "why'd you leave?" "Because I'm not getting any rewards and you suck."
