I would love to try the hard raid.

Need helm to get to 30.
Helm only available through Hard raid.
Need to be 30 to be accepted for hard raid.

People will accept you as a 29, you don't need to be 30 to do the hard raid :)

Well you get an exotic helmet instead of another piece so you can hit 30 to ten go for your helm...it's what I had to do i was in your shoes also

well your wish for titan helmet came truth. buy and level up, but then you need chest piece. and you actually can do hard raid being 29
