I loved this game. And to some extent, I still absolutely love the social aspect of raiding. But I really don't like the way this game is going. Here are a few reasons why:
To compensate lack of content by adding absolutely unneeded grinding is a slap in the face to your fans.
I absolutely liked bungie too, until Activision corrupted them with their filthy commercial tactics (Unfinished and uncompleted game sold at full price with overpriced DLC 3 months later (that was mostly being made for as long as they started developing the main game).
The focus on developing new ''content'' while disregarding the obnoxious amount of bugs in the hard raid. What made the raid so hard wasn't calculated enemy AI. It was the many bugs left unfixed.
The obvious Xbox contempt... I understand the business, the exclusives, but bungie has crossed the line many miles away by screwing xbox players to pay the same price for a third of the content ps users get, twice. Don't go on telling me about Halo. You guys didn't have it available to you, you didn't pay nothing. Xbox pays same as everyone, but get's screwed over and over.
Rarely have I seen a developer lacking such respect for it's loyal (and shall I say original) fan base.
I'm glad 343 are now developing Halo. Bungie has gone a long way since it's humble debut.
