I get that but removing a day 1 feature which allowed those who wanted Faction items is not a good move.
Even if you remove the Crucible vendor who doesn't sell crucible items (not sure why they are called Crucible vendors anyway) we still cannot access 3/5 vendors unless we play PvP a lot. You can only get 100 Crucible marks a week. If you want to get 5 weapons and 5 armor from the Faction vendors you'll need to play a hell of a lot of PvP.
Why should anyone be forced to do that?
Waiting for a fix is fine if there was acknowledgement of one coming. All I see is speculation of possible fixes.
Being forced to play PvP to buy items from 80% of the vendors is ridiculous. Rushing through the raid is also not a good solution. There is no guarantee to get what you want. I would rather buy the weapons and armor I want to use and then try to get the raid items that compliment the legendary ones I like.
Maybe I farm to unwind and relax. Maybe I do both farming and watching sports. Maybe I farm and chat to others in different games.
Sometimes I rather play with no stress. Farming is as stressful as sleeping. Yes I can play PvP and sit but I don't find joy in ruining games unlike most of the vile replies apparently do.
