What is an acceptable level for a hard raid?

1 ReplyWeapons at 300/300/300, raid weapons if you've got them. You also need a good attitude and time. But a 28 is gonna get walloped and a 29 is at a slight disadvantage because they take more damage and deal less damage, but they can still compete.
