If you are a pve player you would have stuck with vanguard like me so you wouldn't be screwed with stuff like this. Faction is pvp vanguard is pve

The Vanquisher VIII with New Monarchy is an amazing gun. I grinded PvP for it, and I got it. There is absolutely NO reason it should be a PvP only weapon. There is no such thing as "Faction is PvP vanguard is PvE". Many of the weapons and armor have no real correlation or make any difference where you use them.

I disagree that faction is pvp. I say this because the factions provide all patrol missions and you gain rep for them via patrol missions and also vanguard bounties. If I work for them on pve and gain rep there also, I can't agree the factions are pvp

Kindly disagree. Some of the faction weapons work better than the vanguard and the perks on armor are specific to the weapon load out each one favors.

eh true, maybe thats not an issue for me because i kinda have an autorifle/shotgun/sniper/launcher/mg style of play so "carry more scout rifle ammo" is worthless lol. plus its been ages since ive worn vanguard armor so i dont even remember the perks. just its easiest to rank up
