I would have been fine with them making the mat->mark exchange more lopsided. 100 mats to 5 marks but yeah taking it out was a **** move. At the very least make the factions accept both types of marks.
EDIT: Please note I said FACTIONS and not Crucible. I shouldn't have to drag a team/teams down in Crucible to buy a pair of dead orbit/new monarchy/FWC boots.
