Can't sell materials to vendors.

I can't sell materials to the crucible and vanguard vendors like I used too. I can only buy using my points. Has this moved elsewhere or removed all together?

It's not been moved, it's been removed. Sadly... Here's hoping they decide to reinstate the feature
