Strikes are manageable solo but you shouldn't have to do other peoples farming for them, it's not hard to be a generally good person and help out, haha.
If someone enters darkness zone a 3 minute timer should activate that boots you if you aren't there as well. That solves it? Kinda?

A majority entering a Darkness Zone would work better. But there's been times where I'm cleaning up enemies/looking for loot chests outside of a DZ where both my teammates were skipping parts if the strikes.

3-5 minutes would still work, it's fine to farm chests while in a strike but when it comes to being matched up with randoms priority should still sit with completing the strike. Another good addition would be "players must be present during the boss fight to receive rewards".
