Yep the same loot mechanic based on kills should also be applied to PVP that way you PVE players don't get rewarded for your bad performances.

PVP is a bit different, I don't feel people should be restricted from rewards based on skill, but the current system is frustrating at times. I saw a post a while ago with an awesome suggestion, if I remember correctly it sort of goes like: Players are rewarded as they accumulate either kills or points at intervals, for example, once you gain 5k points over one or multiple games you will be rewarded with an engram. This still gives the more capable players a more rewarding experience racking up rewards faster but still doesn't lock out the less capable. Motes, identified items and coins would still be rewarded randomly as the current system provides. (Nobody really cares for random blue items anymore right)? I didn't mind the idea but if I have to see another person with less than a .30 kid receive a Gjallahorn then so be it:P
