Typically you are either doing the Crucible or Tiger Strikes to get rewards. Bungie has said before that you would get rewarded whether you were doing PvP or PvE. These rewards are by no means equal. When you are a relatively high level, a Tiger strike will take around 15 minutes to complete. At the conclusion of that strike you are almost guaranteed to get at least 1 blue engram. Sometimes you will be rewarded with up to 2 blue engrams for that one strike. You could also have found one or two from enemy drops during the mission. On the other hand, a game of clash will take 10 or less minutes to complete. The fact that you can complete one of these faster than a strike warrants some reduction in rewards, but not to the extent I am seeing. If I am lucky, the game will reward me with 1 blue engram. However, the majority of games will result in either no rewards or rare gear, which after level 20 is completely useless. On top of this, I witnessed 2 people receive exotic weapons from Tiger strikes in the last couple days. I have seen no exotic rewards from crucible in probably a month or more and have only seen a handful of legendary engrams given out.
This difference in rewards needs to be adjusted. Bungie said they wanted to reward players no matter what they wanted to do. I prefer Crucible over strike playlists and find I am not getting rewarded anywhere near as much as when I do playing Tiger Strikes. Anyone else agree?
