From the YouTube footage I have seen of the new strike the vanguard weapons will be new - although they look similar to what's currently on sale but with re-skins & perks. For example a gun which looks v much like Dr nope (with black paint job) has been shown off, the devil you know is now 'the devil you don't'.
Visually I much prefer the new look!

The Devil You Don't is not the same statistically. It's the first reliably obtainable Legendary Hand Cannon with maximum Rate of Fire like Thorn.
