so, you're buying level 31 gear?
Why would you ever buy something that isn't going to matter once you reach endgame?
I'll be raiding for all my 32 gear right away, have fun being at 31 for the next 5 months, scrubs.

Only time i would buy off vendors was if i need shards or energy and had the marks. Everything can be found by just playing the game.
