That's cause all the idiots in the world bought led/lcds even when they are worse at displaying a true to life vivid image. No videophile in his right mind would watch an led/lcd. Blurry screen, can't handle motion, gray blacks instead of inky blacks, horrible of center viewing and way too bright, uneven screen backlighting, screen bleeding, flashlight corners and local diming gimmicks. List goes on and on.

Oh thank you, another educated videophile, thank goodness because I was starting to think I was the only one here lol. I can try as I might, but they're lack of self-education in high end video tech is only taught to them by their Best Buy sales guy pushing LED light cannons in their fluorescent light-lit show room floor.. Kinda sad they've probably never seen the beauty of a dark scene on a modern plasma..
