Hey all. Figured I would do a quick post regarding The Dark Below before it drops tomorrow at 1am PST. Starting tonight at reset the patch will go live and I know that quite a few of us will be online playing it then, however, there is no scheduled raid until 6am PST. There will also be the normal 2pm PST raid and the evening 9pm PST raid. This does not mean that you aren’t allowed to go into the raid before then. By all means explore to your hearts content! But if you want to raid with us, or expect to in the future, show up at the set times as well. A few things to think about while getting ready for the expansion to drop. Start stocking up on ammo synthesis and leveling up as many solar/arc weapons as possible. These weapons in particular will be incredibly useful: Vex Mythoclast, Vision of Confluence, Fatebringer, Found Verdict, Praetorian Foil, Gjallahorn, Hezens Vengeance, The Swarm, Thunderlord and any other Solar/Arc weapons that you may have (although raid/exotic weapons will definitely be the most useful). Also, keep this in mind. As soon as the patch drops, most of the gear you are wearing now will not become useless. All of the content that drops on launch is going to be lvl 30 which means that you should really only focus on upgrading your exotics and trying to get raid gear. Being level 31/32 will not be that useful until Hard Mode drops in January sometime. Anyways, I’m looking forward to a full day of Destiny and raiding tomorrow, so everyone get their raid pants on and lets get to it! cheesefrag
