ATTN: Do Not buy "The Devil You Don't" Hand Cannon!
Please be smarter than me and spend your money on something else because I cant hit anything with this pos.
My favorite weapon in the game for PVP is TLW. Based on TDYDs stats (high rate of fire/stability) I thought it could be a decent backup for when I wanted an exotic special or heavy. However, it seems like this is one of the most inaccurate guns of any class I have used, its literally losing gun fights for me. I didn't realize the Clown Cartridge perk only grants ONE extra bullet IF it procs, and at a base mag of 5 rounds, this isn't a significant difference.
I feel terrible when I think about other people spending their marks/commendations on this gun so do me a favor and don't.

Bungie is just screwing with us now. The saying goes "the devil you know is better than the one you don't". They literally made the devil you don't bad to fit with the saying.

TDYK was my favorite hc until fatebringer. I saw the stats and perks of TDYD and was immediately disappointed. Fatebringer still does it for me in the new raid but from now on my goal will be thorn 2.0. I have one in my vault waiting for a xur upgrade and a fresh bounty I have no problem completing again if xur doesn't have it.

This round of HCs is pretty damn weak. I will not pick one up unless the Outlaw perk is attached due to the low mag size for both vendor HCs. I was given The Devil You Don't today but I junked it because the perks were horrible. It is a damn shame because I was won over by the first set of HCs, mainly Timur's Lash and Fatebringer. I am hoping the Raid HC is good

3 RepliesAs a hand cannon afficonado, and having all of them except the elusive Hawkmoon pre-DLC, they all have a bit of an odd dynamic with the recoil that you need to get used to. The stats don't particularly seem to dictate the accuracy either (I do know if you get one with "Aiming increases its effective range" it gets some of the best reticle=shot relation) Personally, I preferred Red Hand for my own part. Last Word's perks are all about panic shooting, whereas I prefer to try and work with precision.
