As a hand cannon afficonado, and having all of them except the elusive Hawkmoon pre-DLC, they all have a bit of an odd dynamic with the recoil that you need to get used to. The stats don't particularly seem to dictate the accuracy either (I do know if you get one with "Aiming increases its effective range" it gets some of the best reticle=shot relation) Personally, I preferred Red Hand for my own part. Last Word's perks are all about panic shooting, whereas I prefer to try and work with precision.
