Andrew Johnson wins. Hands down. Worst president ever. He did literally nothing for the freed slaves after Lincoln was assassinated and even actively worked against them by vetoing congress when they wanted to stop the South from simply reinstating all their old leaders and bringing the south right back. He was just the worst.
