I watched it, the video is from the sword guy's perspective and it's hard to tell where the guardian snipers are camping out. You see glimpses of them but that's it - the sword guy is typically down below or jumping around the arena with the sword, which obviously makes it hard to see where they are.

My group said they couldn't stand over there without being attacked from behind by Knights. They even tried the ledge on the outside of the glass and one managed to melee them from behind, through the wall (or so they say). They could live if they were fighting the adds, but after zooming to snipe they would always get killed or lose enough health that they were killed in the next round.
