ya in my opinion they should have given all the new story, and strike for free and then have all the weapons, armor and the new raid for those that want the dlc. Also Im suprised that there isn't a level 26 version of this new raid only level 30. Its a little weird cuz most people that run raids are in the mid to high 20s, so a part of the next dlc they should include that.
