FWC has one for sale. However, all factions have one of every gun type. The only way to get the other ones not for sale is through RNG.

I have the new FWC one I think. Got it on first day of expansion. Love it. Got rid of DYK and replaced with this. Had fat reload with empty mag, that plus any reload hand Cannon perk and it's almost instant.
