It drops randomly from Crotas sword minions, apparently you have to be a low Lvl character to get it since it's common. And the catch is you gotta rank eris up to rank 3 or 4( I can't fully remember since I'm at school) Edit: I'm going to try buying common primary engrams from cryptard and see it that has a chance to drop it too
