I wated for like two hours for a public event and for him to spawn... "the enemy is moving against eachother" He doesn't appear until the very end, and by that point there are tanky as -blam!- Hallowed Knights Reaver Captains. I get killed constantly, never manage to get his -blam!-ing shields down... Event ends a minute later... WELP!! GUESS I'M -blam!-ING WAITING AGAIN!! QUALITY WORK!!
