Yea it seems Bungie nerfed legendary Hand Cannons.
Impact and distance has been dramatically reduced on all. Also not one of the purchasable Hand Cannons have send it or range finder. I have yet to see any new legendary Hand Cannons with any distance perks. Very upsetting.
