So yeah... About Killing Urzok during Public/Semi-Public events part..
You really need to kill Urzok right away before either those event ended because of a issue that I and other players ran into. The issue is that Urzok will [b]DESPAWN[/b] if you don't kill him before the public event ended.

Yeah same happened to me, 4 of us were stood in the circle and the draining thought after waiting 20 minutes for the event to pop hit me, Oh shit will he stay or despawn after the event! He didn't even wave bye bye grrrrrrrrrrr :(
