Your point is invalid - the Destiny base game is available to everyone, just like the CoD games.
The PS4 exclusive content is being made available to xbox users later on next year, so it is a timed exclusive, just like the CoD games.
Also, i see you failed to comment on the point about the Halo franchise being xbox console exclusive....
