Right so when you bought your cod base game, for ps, what content was locked? Nothing. Same goes for dlc. Did you have locked content on there AFTER you have bought it? Hell no! So my point IS valid. Once dlc was available to all platforms, everyone could access everything, you got what you paid for. It's a simple as that.
