Just a note on Urzok....was waiting at Skywatch for the public event, which did not spawn - however around 3 minutes before it was due all hell let loose and Thrall & Fallen where all over the place - Urzok popped up in the middle and we killed him, got the bounty but n opublic event

That counts as a public event... That's why it says (also semi-public events)

That fight is a scheduled unofficial public event. Good place to glimmer farm as well as kill Uzrok.
