Spam him with arc heavies/supers and he should fall fairly quickly. The main issue is all the other mobs around.

Hah, you're telling me man, I have a 300 dmg patience in time, and a 300 dmg heavy mg, both arc, bladedancer too. His shields regen to full before I can even reload. Solo is impossible
