It's hardly broken now, is it? There's really no need to be histrionic.
Go and check out the list of 5/10 games on gamerankings or wherever if what I wrote is a novel concept for you.

Also You still haven't provided me a link where it states that a game that reviews a 5/10 is due to tech issues. So I'm sorry to break it to you, but according to Polygon, this game is a 5/10 and it isn't due to tech issues.
