Most excruciating pain you have ever experienced?
I haven't had anything worse than stepping on a nail since I'm cautious

Slid 10-15 feet down a paved hill after bailing off my bike, had a huge road rash on my leg then went and jumped around in the ocean the next day. Salt water in a wound works so much better than coffee. There's probably been worse but I wasn't conscious for long so I can't remember.
