So I bought the new gloves and boots from the vanguard and the new exotic chest from xur and I was just about to hit level 2 in new monarchy and I was thinking "great I'll level up get one of the commandments things and a new helmet and be good to go" but that is not possible because you can't get the new commandment thingy until level 3 so why the hell can I unlock the gear at level 2?! It doesn't make any sense.
