The father's of destiny
How many people on this forum are a father and have a good amount of hours put into this game? Also this is to the Dads out there that spend time with thier children not the ones completely consumed by this game.

2 RepliesI play every night, but only after the kids are in bed and the wife is watching on the other TV. I use headphones so I don't wake the kids up, but I have to play with one ear uncovered just in case the crying starts.

Father of 2 and run a full time business. If I play destiny, it will be 9:30 pm till 1am is when everyone is asleep. It feels wrong to be submersed in a video game when you have your kids looking at you to spend time with them. Although I am showing my 6 year old a little bit of pvp here and there. Future gamer :)

I wait till the kid is asleep and my wife is a sleep. I luck out on my days off cause my wife goes on playdates for a couple hours during the day. For the most part I play late at night. I don't let it consume me. If either one needs something I will stop to see what it is.

I'm a dad. I wait until the wife and kids are asleep before I start playing. I put in a ton of hours when the game originally came out. I burned out around thanksgiving and haven't gone back in. I plan on getting the expansion at some point but am in no rush. In the mean tim eI have been trying to reduce my ps3 pile of shame. My goal is to get through my pile before I buy a PS4, hopefully in time for Batman Arkham Knight.

2 RepliesThat's me. I usually wait until the wife and kid are asleep, but I play every night. Dads who are "completely consumed," well, that is a sad thing. Why count them out of the discussion?
