Everytime you pause time you can move freely but your organs slow down, meaning that if you pause time too long then your heart will stop and time will resume where as you may die

No, I still move in normal time, but entropy doesn't apply and I won't age when time is paused; so 5000 years could go by from my POV but I'd still be the same age and my bodily functions would still be normal.
