"I want people to feel like you earned your gear" Well sorry. But who are you again? Who gives a shit what you want, honestly. Let people do their thing man. Regardless of how you feel. People make their own choices in a game. Easy way, hard way, fast way, ect. What difference does it make to you? There are still so many problems with this game since launch, yet you decide to make a page about the ones that can help players. Lol. You're pathetic. But. But. It's not the right way. It's not legit. Only scrubs have to cheat. Blah blah blah. News flash. It's life. It's diversity. Some people are lazy. Some people enjoy a challenge. What difference does it make going from point A to point D and skipping a few letters? None at all to you. Next time I "glitch" in crota I'll send you a message apologizing. I know it ruins your game when I play mine differently than you. Oh wait.....

  • This. I will never understand why one person cares how others get their gear in the PvE portion. If the original poster wants to do the raid legitimately, no one is stopping him.

  • It really sucks to not be able to find a fireteam of 6 who are actually willing to complete the raid legitimately. The raid is fun, but the only part I ever get to play legitimately is the first part. From there, everyone wants to cheese across the bridge. From there, people want to skip the witches and go find a Crota checkpoint. And once there, everyone is either too incompetent to beat him or simply want to cheat. I genuinely don't understand how people could find enjoyment in being handed gear that isn't deserved. It takes you 30 minutes each week to complete the raid (probably with multiple characters) and you have all raid gear within the first 2 weeks. Where is the enjoyment and satisfaction in that? Everyone has the exact same gear, and everyone is sitting around twiddling their thumbs until the next expansion. Those who complete the raid legitimately feel no accomplishment in having gear that every other noob has that can't complete it legitimately. And those who get gear from cheesing...I just can't wrap my head around how you could feel good about it. Nobody benefits from these exploits, so fix them Bungie.

  • Exactly!!! This means less than nothing, it's about personal enjoyment and that is different for everyone. For most, it's getting the cool new thing and PLAYING with it... For original poster, I guess it's knowing he worked hard for it. I can tell you this, you will see a lot less people playing the raids... Maybe that is what bungie wanted... Less people playing the best parts of the game. Great work bungie, keep it up.

  • everybody isn't a child with unlimited time to sink into a video game. and trying to find the right group can be the most frustrating thing ever. everyone dosent always have a mic, some people just suck at the game, some can't follow or refuse to follow simple instructions, and other people are just plain assholes. I myself have no patience for having to die over and over because some a holes suck at the game and keep -blam!-ing the raid up for the rest of us. You wanna say I'm a noob? fine whatever makes you feel like a better person.

  • Well.. actually if you wanted people to feel they earned their gear, then you wouldn't leave it up to RNG and base it off of performance in the raid. This would force everyone to try their hand at the hard stuff (i.e. carrying the sword) instead of sitting back and being carried through.

  • Thank you! No gear is earned unless it's bought with marks or glimmer. Most of the so called "earned" gear from a raid is when the game decides it wants to be nice or trollish.

  • this all day!!! rng makes no sense when it comes to the raid and crucible. I get 36 kills in a game of control and I get nothing, but that guy at the bottom of the list on the losing team gets a suros regime??? WTF!!!! (that really happened)

LOL... I think he meant... You GIVE enough of a shit to reply... Heat of the moment I guess... Yes, of course you do, you spent 80 dollars for this and you enjoy doing something and bungie takes it away... So yeah, you give a shit and I give a shit. If they make it hard enough for everyone, maybe we will all just stop playing.. Maybe that's what bungie is shooting for, they want no one playing all the good stuff... No match making, no way to get anything done with a team, no vault space, zero fun things to do to get the resources we need. However, quickly patch the thing that allowed some to raid, who otherwise would never see it. Bungie, your choices confuse me.
