Rocket Launcher

> does no damage
> shoots out a stationary orb of intense blinding light, lasts for 15 secs
> can be use to light up dark areas
> when in present of the sun, effect lasts for 1 minute and proximity increases
Pretty much this rocket launcher blinds the -blam!- out of whoever gets caught in the aoe. And if you get killed or any gets killed, you do the Praise The Sun gesture and then explode causing solar damage to nearby enemies.
