You have some interesting foresight. How about, we reward people who do well in crucible so it's not a complete RNG systems but rather a stratified system? Maybe this seemed more like what everyone wants rather than free exotics for everyone? I don't know, I don't have the foresight you do.

I'd be happy with that, I just don't like players getting rewarded for being terrible, same goes for PvE. (I do extend this view to myself, If I don't perform well in a raid, Nightfall or on crucible, I don't think I should be rewarded)
