Phogoth... again so soon?

We had the Phogoth strike as the weekly and nightfall 2 weeks before the Dark Below dropped. Why are we getting it again so soon and what about rotating the others in? I bet it's to do with the dlc and Eris's bounties.

how would the arc option of the murmur do with this strike? i havent maxed it out yet but i don't have many other arc weapons.
