Phogoth... again so soon?

We had the Phogoth strike as the weekly and nightfall 2 weeks before the Dark Below dropped. Why are we getting it again so soon and what about rotating the others in? I bet it's to do with the dlc and Eris's bounties.

Remember how the Dailys went in an order? Now they're spread out. I think the same has happened to Weeklys. Its random now.
