Husk of the Pit
I got the Husk of the Pit just now. To get it all you need to do is kill Blades of Crota on Earth or the Moon. I just did the fist of Crota mission and killed that first Blade dude. It could take a while. (Took me over an hour). It looks like it will take a while to upgrade however.

You can get it from the Fist of Crota Mission, or from any Patrol ob the Earth or Moon.
