I got red hand and it's ok. With completely random perks, it can be great or mediocre. Mine is somewhere in between. Bonus accuracy from the hip is almost a waste for me, but grenadier is use full. I will probably use it until I get the crucible 1969 one, which looks a lot better for me. Devil you don't looks like it could almost be good if you could get really fast reloads, so the right arms and the gunslinger perks. Not great in PVP, but could be real quick to spit fast shots in PVE. I just don't want to waste the marks trying it out.
