Create Your Dream Exotic Weapon
I don't completely know about balancing, but basic rules:
No 1 shot kills at any range w/o precision damage.
No overpowered abilities (Ill be the judge of that)
No other rules noted

Exotic Sniper Rifle
Primary Weapon
Possesses No Scope (Not a noscoping gun)
Precision damage is lowered to slightly better than scout rifle (x2.5 instead of x10 or whatever snipers get)
Has small iron sights, akin to a hand cannon, but a little more archaic, and slightly larger
Has a mid length 9 shot magazine (also aesthetically on the bottom)
First Perk: Luck in the chamber
Exotic Perk: Humbling Opinion (Precision hits overpenetrate, Precision kills make the target explode and increase reload speed, as well as granting a damage bonus)
Bolt Action Sniper, Increased Reload time and you have to unscope to reload between shots (Happens automatically)
1st option set(Normally scopes, but this has no scope)

The thing I want to alter is when I shoot my rounds, I desire that when my shots make contact with any object that my bullets will explode and from those explosions, rockets will ascend into the air to once again come down to earth to cause mass destruction to the enemy. It has 800 rounds in the mag and and has 3200 in storage. It has a triple bayonet and that grants me one hit melee. Now, on to the perks. The gun starts out with 300 damage and may be upgraded to 500 . The first perk is called "Cant Stop me Now" which is when I aim down my sights I have a triple over-shield. The second perk is called "No Snatchies" and when I die, my gun combusts into a mini nuclear explosion killing an enemies nearby. No, this does not mean I don't get MY gun. It respawns with me as I respawn. On the side of it, in big, bold letters it says Bullshit. The description of the gun is "Its gonna be a cluster f***, no doubt." I yearn for this gun with all my heart. So I humbly request that I am gifted this gun. This gun is Lord Shaxx approved.
