Items that were upgraded last week. I don't see why Bungie would allow any different. I hope I am wrong but I have become to realize Xur is a treat from grandma at Christmas. Not a solution to poor drops in raids or weeklies. I'm the fool though because I still play hoping to see that one sought after item drop (flavor of the week) in any thing I do. Happy hunting guardians. Ps. Is grinding to make multiple level 30s worth the time and effort for the additional drops? Thanks for any feedback.
