YOUR WORST LOOT DROP EXPERIENCE!
Seriously, what was the most gut-wrenching, soul-destroying post-game reward scenario you've been in?
Example:
[i]Today, I began a Roc Strike and the rest of my team left. It was the Winter's End strike, so I continued on solo.
I managed to get all the way to the Archon Priest, when two other Guardians joined me. I was happy, cuz I knew it would have been a grind otherwise. 3 minutes later, we kill him.
The reward screen comes up. One of them had 22 kills, and one had 9. I myself had 183 kills. AND WHAT DOES THE 9-ER GET? NO LAND BEYOND![/i]
What is your tale of woe? True story btw.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I didn't have plans to play with NLB, I just wanted it for my collection.
[b]EDIT 2[/b]: To all people who complain about having [i]multiple[/i] exotics, but not the one they want; two things: Get in line, and, Exotic Shards.
[b]EDIT 3[/b]: I bought NLB from Xur while he was here. Still a little miffed, but I feel better now.

Doing the nightfall, got another last word. VoG on hard from chest got another Red Death. Beat Atheon on Hard and got another Icebreaker. Dismantled them all.

1 Replygot a faction rank up, dead orbit i think, got a commendation and one ascendant shard. that was it. i was rather pissed. normally i don't get irritated about stuff but that one just sucked any way you look at it. i have 10+ commendations and 140ish shards.

Last week I went through normal Crota raid. By now, I just need boots and radiant shards. The whole raid all I get are 4 shards and 6 energies. On top of that, it took over an hour for my idiot team of randoms and quite a few heavy ammo syn's to defeat Crota. I'm slowly dying here... Pls send help!

I am going to switch it up and mention the best loop drop which for me was today. Keep in mind I already had the abyss defiant. Anyway got oversoul edict on the abyss. Then crota dropped a suros, the ir yut scout rifle, and a crux, so I have the nechrocasm. So now I have all the crota Primaries. Just need that damn hunger of crota

About a month or two ago. It was when THE LAST WORD was the shit. I wanted it so bad! So I grinded so many strikes and never got it. Then one nightfall I thought for sure I would get it. I got so pumped!!! Then when sepkis fell I could sense it was mine!! I could already hear the amazing sound of the revolver!!! And then?!?!?!........ 7 strange coins.
