YOUR WORST LOOT DROP EXPERIENCE!
Seriously, what was the most gut-wrenching, soul-destroying post-game reward scenario you've been in?
Example:
[i]Today, I began a Roc Strike and the rest of my team left. It was the Winter's End strike, so I continued on solo.
I managed to get all the way to the Archon Priest, when two other Guardians joined me. I was happy, cuz I knew it would have been a grind otherwise. 3 minutes later, we kill him.
The reward screen comes up. One of them had 22 kills, and one had 9. I myself had 183 kills. AND WHAT DOES THE 9-ER GET? NO LAND BEYOND![/i]
What is your tale of woe? True story btw.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I didn't have plans to play with NLB, I just wanted it for my collection.
[b]EDIT 2[/b]: To all people who complain about having [i]multiple[/i] exotics, but not the one they want; two things: Get in line, and, Exotic Shards.
[b]EDIT 3[/b]: I bought NLB from Xur while he was here. Still a little miffed, but I feel better now.

I have never gotten a single peice of vault of glass armor. I've done it so many times.

I used to carry my friend through the nightfall every well when it was 28, the most soul crushing drop was a hawk moon for him and 5 shards for me

Ascendant shards from the nightfall one week Ascendant material the next Strange coins the week after. Luck hates me :(

2 RepliesFinally got two characters at 30+ decided to do both vault of glass to try to get my sweet lil vex what do I get sparrow and..... SPARROW! Stupid damn RNG, 15 completes on hard and no vex so disheartening. So then I was like ehh maybe I'll have better luck with nightfall first reward admonisher iii (garbage) maybe I'll have luck on my other character, finished and le reward is.... ADMONISHER iii. Absolute garbage week.

On Templar hard vault of glass everyone had the Fatebringer except me (31 Hunter) and a random 27 warlock. Everyone is dead except the relic carrier, and myself. After I kill the Templar I get 3 shards, two 31's got Fatebringer who already had it and the 27 who died from the start gets it.

1 Reply1: i got a 7.0 KD and 42 kills, dont get shit. Guy on my team has.05 kd and gets dragons breath. 2: playing in patrol with a freind he gets 2 legendary engrams and gets a T-lord and Armamentarium. I find one and get a green. The next day he gets 2 more T-lords.

My begged me to help him with both raids never did crota.😄 I'm 3 32 warlocks with 600 hours on destiny trying to get ghorn and deathsingers helm from crota. He get 2 ghorns from vog and gets helm first try😭😭

I've been trying to get the gally for a long time now. I've got tons of vog hard completions, nightfalls, ect. Anyways, this week my friend asks me to help him do the VoG. He only did it once before, on normal, but he got lucky drops so he was up to level 30. So anyway, the rest of us carry him through on hard and what does he get? Gally.

Hmm the last really bad loot i got from this weeks nightfall. Three Times done and 32 Shards. The other to Players got 1-2 Exotics.

21-1 using only shoulder charge in rumble. Absolutely annihilated these kids. 7-14 gets ice breaker :/

VoG on hard, after final battle I got 3 shards & 3 energy! Other players got Vex or other legendary weapons, F#&KIN GUTTED!!!!!

5 strange coins for 1 character from the nightfall, and then 6 on my alt character same week from the nightfall.

A while back, I was playing a Rumble Match. I think I was Level 24? Maybe 27, but this was on September 24th, took a picture of it, I was so upset. Anyway, I did pretty well in Rumble. Won the match by a fair margin. I went 23-8, got a cheap shotgun and a rare Chest engram. Pretty swee- 2nd Place, who went 13-10, got [b]The Last Word[/b]. 3 months, 6 days later, I have [b]The Last Word 2.0[/b], dropped for me in Nightfall. A little miffed about it, but I'm happy.

Think i posted on this yesterday. Nothing has changed. Got 3 legendary engrams (2 special weapon from one cryptarc level up i was in shock hoping for icebreaker finally) today.... Guess what? Got shit from them. What another absolutely wasteful day in the world of destiny!
