YOUR WORST LOOT DROP EXPERIENCE!
Seriously, what was the most gut-wrenching, soul-destroying post-game reward scenario you've been in?
Example:
[i]Today, I began a Roc Strike and the rest of my team left. It was the Winter's End strike, so I continued on solo.
I managed to get all the way to the Archon Priest, when two other Guardians joined me. I was happy, cuz I knew it would have been a grind otherwise. 3 minutes later, we kill him.
The reward screen comes up. One of them had 22 kills, and one had 9. I myself had 183 kills. AND WHAT DOES THE 9-ER GET? NO LAND BEYOND![/i]
What is your tale of woe? True story btw.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I didn't have plans to play with NLB, I just wanted it for my collection.
[b]EDIT 2[/b]: To all people who complain about having [i]multiple[/i] exotics, but not the one they want; two things: Get in line, and, Exotic Shards.
[b]EDIT 3[/b]: I bought NLB from Xur while he was here. Still a little miffed, but I feel better now.

My reward from a nightfall, about a month ago, was a legendary primary engram. It decoded into 2 ascendant energies. Last week, I got 9 strange coins. 3 months ago, hard VoG, everyone else got a Mythoclast.

Hoping for the fable G-Horn of legend (last thing I need) 1st friend - G-Horn Me - 9 strange coins 2nd friend - G-Horn I dropped my controller and went for a walk, I was gone so long my Xbox shut down. Now that is my worst experience, right in front of only receiving a total of 20 shards and 10 energy

I have been waiting on a Suros drop for months. I play at least 3 hours everyday. On reset last week I carried one of my friends who is a level 27 and only gets on once a week. He drops Suros. I switch characters (another 32) and run it again, another friend gets online with his buddy and me. We go through Nexus. Both of them drop the Suros. I got a freaking One Way Ticket with crappy perks.

The first time I beat VOG Hard on PS4. This was right around the 1st Iron Banner when the Vex Mythoclast was ridiculous. I got shards from Oracles. A worse chest armor and shards from Templar. Shards from Gatekeeper. Vision of Confluence and Aspect of Glass from Atheon. One guy got the Vex. It took like 3 hours to get past Confluxes. We were all 29s and one 30. So much fun, but the loot sucked.

I still haven't got an exotic from the strike playlist. Also getting shards and coins back to back from the nightfall.

Played the regular Devils Lair strike you get from the Earth map to knock out a bounty. Had one of them players that liked to dance and die a lot. The same player had three messages at the bottom of the screen about finding legendary engrams during the strike. I know how the game is, I've even benefited from the randomness once or twice, but still. Three in a row on a level 12 strike? Seriously?
