YOUR WORST LOOT DROP EXPERIENCE!
Seriously, what was the most gut-wrenching, soul-destroying post-game reward scenario you've been in?
Example:
[i]Today, I began a Roc Strike and the rest of my team left. It was the Winter's End strike, so I continued on solo.
I managed to get all the way to the Archon Priest, when two other Guardians joined me. I was happy, cuz I knew it would have been a grind otherwise. 3 minutes later, we kill him.
The reward screen comes up. One of them had 22 kills, and one had 9. I myself had 183 kills. AND WHAT DOES THE 9-ER GET? NO LAND BEYOND![/i]
What is your tale of woe? True story btw.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I didn't have plans to play with NLB, I just wanted it for my collection.
[b]EDIT 2[/b]: To all people who complain about having [i]multiple[/i] exotics, but not the one they want; two things: Get in line, and, Exotic Shards.
[b]EDIT 3[/b]: I bought NLB from Xur while he was here. Still a little miffed, but I feel better now.

Me and my freind did a vanguard roc strike together and he was really lucky and got the last word on his 1st strike of the day while that was my 20th of the day and I only got crappy helmets compared to the one I already have

The past 3 weeks. Running VoG with 3 characters for 3 weeks has given me one exotic (Suros) and that's it. This was also in the first week. So for the past 2 weeks I've run VoG on hard 6 times in total and have gotten absolutely nothing. Same applies for CE, instead of a suros I got 2 Ice Breaker's. Hope next week will start giving me more exotics again. I see my teammates getting 4 exotics on 1 character only in 1 week. That's more then I got with 3 characters for 3 weeks lol.

First time I [b]ever[/b] did hard mode VoG and beat Atheon, all I got was the ship and sparrow while everyone else on the team got a gun and/or the helmet. Two people got the Mythoclast as well. And, might I add, I didn't get the Foil or Fatebringer up to that point either. It was really lame, since I didn't get anything new that entire run (got another Found Verdict and another Corrective Measure, as well as the gloves and chest, which I already had). Thankfully I stuck with it and got the Mytho the next week. Following week after that I got the helmet. So it eventually made up for it lol.

A few days ago,doing ROC strikes and the nexus comes up. The two randoms I was playing with left straight away, which I expected as the nexus was NF so they were probably sick of it. Anyway I ran the whole strike on my own and got Sekrion down to about 1/3 health when 2 others joined, they caught up and stayed on the top ledge sniping, leaving me fighting off the adds down the bottom. One has 4 kills, the other has 2, I have 170+. Boss dies and they both get legendary engrams, I get some crappy blue weapon. They both depart straight away and I just take a deep breath and carry on to the next strike. 2 mins later I get a message off one of them saying their engram turned in to Gjallarhorn, I thought they were just trolling me but I checked their profile on this app and they did indeed have a brand new, un-upgraded Gjallarhorn. FML...

Did a NF strike with 2 randoms did not die once kept reviving my team mates constantly I got 120 plus kills so what did I get? Coiled Hiss/Boiled Piss with the worst stats. One of my team mates got Truth and the other one got The Last Word, absolutely gutted.

One time I was doing the weekly and this one guy was terrible. He died all the time never revived anybody and kept telling us that we sucked and in the end he got SUROS [spoiler]I legitimtely quit destiny for 2 months after that[/spoiler]

(This is Xbox 360 version) Guess What I got?[spoiler] The [b][i]No Land Beyond that I apready have.[/i][/b]. I wanted the Crota's End Helm for my Titan so I can equip Ruin Wings when Xur previously sold it and the Amaterium that I got today. Every time I get ascendant shards for a nightfall. Seriously, they can and should take these out of the nightfall loot table. No one who is doing a nightfall needs ascendant shards. If they do there are plenty of places to get them besides the nightfall.
