Fist of Panic or Panic Charge. Which one is more annoying than the other?

Panic charge is only the "ermagerd whre he come from" when someone walks around the corner, seen a titan knock a teammate off the map from that. Now the "ive been chasing you for thrity seconds youre gonna die" charge is much more respectable. Still irritating though.
