IDEA: Weekly Raid Section Challenges

As anyone who has played a raid (or even a strike) in Destiny knows, the game play is broken into sections (such as, for a raid, getting into the Vault of Glass, and for a strike, reaching the boss area). Many people has called for the raids to be brought to matchmaking, and for obvious reasons (namely the level of communication necessary) this is not feasible. However, that doesn't mean that matchmaking and raid must be kept separate. Since the raid's are divided into sections, it is possible that matchmaking could be brought to these individual sections. A sort of raid playlist that could be compared to the strikes. Modifiers could be introduced this playlist to change the way you play, such as only being able to sustain a certain number of hits from a specific enemy or type of enemy. And/or throwing in a time requirement. Raid related rewards should obviously be kept out of these playlists, with the rewards instead being more in line with that of the strikes, such as engrams. These rewards could (just throwing this particular part of the idea out there for discussions sake) have the rewards rate limited in a similar way to the daily story and weekly strikes, but provide rewards such as ascendant energy depending on the difficulty. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on the idea. Thanks to @Witan for coming up with the idea on my other rather terrible idea post (you'll see what I mean if you follow the link).
