Hopefully not buddy, I have one guy in our clan who has had it drop 5 times for him now and another who received 2 Vex in the same drop on his 2nd time ever doing hard. I understand the whole RNG thing (well understand would be a misnomer as some of the logic they use makes no sense), but I can't believe Bungie would be lazy/stupid enough to not have something that ensures you don't get the exact same thing twice in one drop.
